Meet Francesca, Aesthetic Director & Owner of True Medispa. 

Francesca qualified in 1999 with an ITEC beauty specialist diploma and has since pursued numerous aesthetic qualifications, specialising in advanced electrolysis, laser hair removal, and achieving a level 5 in skin rejuvenation and vascular laser treatments. She holds an advanced Master's Level in Dermapen Micro Needling, with a focus on specialised facial treatments.

Her focus at True is to deliver the best scientifically proven medical-grade products and treatments, ensuring results that align with the highest standards of customer care for all our clients.

What do you love about your job? What I love most about my job is the satisfaction derived from positive client experiences. It's truly rewarding to see the impact of our efforts in making a difference in our clients' lives.

What are your ambitions for the future?  My ambition for the future is to continue growing, developing, and never ceasing to learn. I am committed to making meaningful progress in both my life and career. My goal is to work hard, never stop striving for success, and continually push myself to achieve new heights.

Tell us something about you that would surprise others. A surprising aspect about me is that, in my earlier years, I intended to join the army.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Dedicated, trustworthy and considerate.

Julie has been the Manager at True Medispa for 20 years. She is warm and friendly and loves leading a team who are dedicated to creating positive experiences and making a meaningful impact for our clients. 

Her background, prior to joining us, was in the care profession and this really shines through as she has a genuine empathy towards people and their needs. Julie is a devoted and dedicated member of the team who works hard to ensure each client receives five star care and service.

What or who inspires you?  I draw inspiration from the resilience and dedication of my team. Witnessing their commitment to excellence motivates me daily. Additionally, the satisfaction and joy our clients experience inspire me to continuously strive for higher standards.

What is your ultimate ambition? My ultimate ambition is to lead True MediSpa towards unparalleled success, ensuring that every client, whether new or returning, consistently receives nothing less than 5-star service. I aim to create an environment where both the team and clients flourish, making True MediSpa a benchmark for excellence in our industry.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.  I believe that the journey of improvement is a never-ending process, and I'm always excited about exploring fresh perspectives and ideas.

Say hello to our Front of House Sarah who joined the True Medispa team in 2017 having worked in the spa and hospitality industry for many years. She is a real people person, extremely helpful, and will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and well cared for at True Medispa.

What do you love about your job?  The aspect I cherish most about my role is being the initial point of contact, meeting both new and existing clients, assisting potential clients, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Who or what inspires you?  I find inspiration in individuals who persevere and never give up.

What is your ultimate ambition?  My ultimate ambition is to consistently provide a 5-star service to all True Medispa clients and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.  A surprising element about me is that, in addition to my role in reception, I have been a Reiki Master, Practitioner and Teacher for over 20 years.  I find a unique balance between this passion and my responsibilities at work.

Lolita joined our Front of House team in 2023 and has many years' experience working as a receptionist and a Personal Assistant.  

What do you love about being a receptionist? I love being front of house, representing the salon and meeting clients.

Who or what inspires you? My mother, as she was a strong, hardworking and enterprising woman.

What is your ultimate ambition? To have a little place in the south of Spain near the beach, where me and my husband can go in the colder months of the year.

How would you describe yourself in three words? Kind, loyal and trustworthy.

Tell us something about you that would surprise others. I have a black belt in Karate!

Say hi to our Beauty Therapist Tania who has more than 30 years' experience within the industry.  Her specialities are waxing, facials and skin and laser treatments. Let's find out a little more about Tania...

What do you love about your job?  I love my job.  It gets me to stay young and vibrant, meeting all ages of people from teenagers to male and female clients. I love using my knowledge and skills to improve their well-being.

Who or what inspires you?  I am inspired by the results I can achieve with my clients and by teaching them how to reverse signs of ageing so they have healthy and younger-looking skin.  

What is your ultimate ambition?  My ambition is to give all my clients a wonderful and fulfilling experience that they will remember. 

How would you describe yourself?  Great listener, compassionate and funny.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.  I feel that everything in life is a wonderful surprise. Trusting the process and achieving the results you want is always a great surprise!

Say hello to our Skin Care Specialist Charlotte who is a lovely, kind-hearted aesthetician with over 10 years of combined experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry.  She is very passionate about skin and loves helping clients achieve their maximum skin health! 

Which treatments do you specialise in?  I offer a wide variety of treatments and specialise in advanced facial treatments which include skin boosters such as BeautifEye and Profhilo, Laser & IPL hair removal, and facial rejuvenation.

What do you love about your job?  I love the fact that I can help and educate clients on how best to look after their skin.  It's so rewarding to see improvements in their skin and in their confidence too.  It's complete job satisfaction.  

What is your ultimate ambition?  My ultimate ambition is to continue learning and improving my skills.  I believe it's an ongoing process to learn as much as possible to continue educating my clients as best I can.

Tell us something about you that might surprise others.  I love open water swimming and being surrounded by nature.

Meet our Skin Care Specialist Georgina who has more than 10 years' experience within the beauty industry, having worked in many spas around the world.

Which treatments do you love doing?  My expertise lies in a diverse range of treatments, with a specialisation in advanced skincare treatments for the face and body.

What do you enjoy about your job?  I find immense satisfaction in educating individuals on the significance of effective skincare. Guiding people towards optimal skin health is particularly rewarding.

What is your ultimate ambition? My ultimate ambition is to foster personal and professional growth within my workplace. I strive to take on challenges, pursue ongoing training, and contribute to the continued success of True Medispa.

How would you describe yourself in three words? In three words, I would describe myself as friendly, attentive, and a perfectionist.
