Appointments and Cancellations
All consultations fees are redeemable against any treatment received within 12 months of the consultation. However this fee is no longer redeemable (where appropriate) after 12 months from your consultation date.
Please let us know a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your appointment if you are unable to attend or need to make any changes to your appointment, failure to do so may result in the loss of a treatment from your package or your deposit being redeemed.
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes ahead of your appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Please let us know on 0208 892 7999 if you think you may be late for your appointment, late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment.
True Medispa will en devour to ensure your appointment runs to time, however, should we need to change, cancel or postpone your appointment we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Full payment must be made on the day of treatment in the clinic, cash and all major credit and debit cards.
No refunds of any kind will be offered on treatments, services or products undertaken. There are no refunds on treatment packages once the course has been started. Refunds on treatment packages will only be applicable if, for any reason, True Medispa has to cancel all or part of the package.
With parents and/or legal guardians consent children between 16 and 18 may undergo treatment where there is a medical cause. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the clinic without a chaperone.
