Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please let us know a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your appointment if you are unable to attend or need to make any changes to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in you missing out on that treatment or losing your deposit.

Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes ahead of your appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Please let us know on 0208 892 7999 if you think you may be late for your appointment, late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment.

True Medispa will endeavour to ensure your appointment runs to time, however, should we need to change, cancel or postpone your appointment we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Payment

Full payment must be made on the day of treatment in the clinic. We do NOT accept cash payments - we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Refunds

No refunds of any kind will be offered on treatments, services or products undertaken. There are no refunds on treatment packages once the course has been started. Refunds on treatment packages will only be applicable if, for any reason, True Medispa has to cancel all or part of the package.

Consultations

Consultations are required for all of our skin treatments including the DMK Alkaline Wash, Exilis Ultra, and IPL treatments.  This 30-minute in-depth consultation costs £30 which is redeemable against skin treatments or any home care skin products purchased in the spa.  Find out more about what to expect during our consultation

Children

With parents and/or legal guardians' consent, children aged between 16 and 18 may undergo treatment where there is a medical cause. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the clinic without a chaperone.

The information you have provided on any website contact form will be used for the purpose of providing you with a response to your query. We may get in touch with information relating to your query in the future. All information and related correspondence will be held for a minimum period of 12 months.
